Our signature Pho takes centre stage, we start with our broth, which we simmer for 8 hours before adding a variety of fresh ingredients including beef, chicken, prawns, vegetables and fresh chilli.

Madame PHO is the first Vietnamese restaurant to hit Belfast. This is the brainchild of William Chan, who has made it his mission to educate and highlight the reputation of Vietnamese food. He moved back to Belfast after living in Asia for 20 years and was frustrated with the lack of good quality, authentic Vietnamese food so he opened Madame PHO, which offers great quality, authentic Vietnamese food in our casual dining setting on Botanic Avenue.
